What We Do

Arc Capital Management (through the Arc Capital Fund) lends hard money exclusively to members of the Milwaukee Real Estate Association (REIA) who invest in properties ranging from single family homes up to four unit buildings. We ensure timely financing options with structured and streamlined  processes. Our lending approach emphasizes protecting our investors’ capital, which we do by securing all collateral with a first lien position.
